Return & Refund Policy for Antares
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day exchange policy.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item.
Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your exchange request is approved, we will issue you a credit to use towards a new item of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on custom-made or personalized items.
